RETURNS POLICY — GREGORY KENSINGTON
At Gregory Kensington, we take pride in the quality of our garments and the experience we offer. If something isn’t quite right, you may request a return under the terms below.
Conditions for Return

A return can be requested only after you have physically received the item.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, including any international postage and customs charges.

Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in their original condition, with all tags attached.

Trying on the garment is permitted; wearing it is not.

Orders intentionally placed in multiple sizes with the intent to partially return are not eligible for return.

Submit your return request within 14 days of receipt.
How to Start a Return

Email our team at support@gregorykensington.com within 14 days of receiving your item.

We will provide the return address of our fulfilment partner (based in China).

Return the item at your own cost, including any duties or customs fees.

We strongly recommend using a tracked service (track & trace).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected at the address provided, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation email once completed.
Liability

We are not liable for lost parcels where tracking shows the item has been delivered to the address provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for accurate delivery information.

Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
