At Gregory Kensington, we are committed to ensuring your order is delivered quickly, safely, and with the utmost care. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking details.
The average delivery time is 3–7 business days, depending on your location. Please note that during peak periods or due to customs clearance, delivery may take slightly longer. If an item is low in stock, processing and delivery may be delayed by an additional 2–3 business days. Rest assured, we always do our best to have your order delivered as swiftly as possible.
All orders are shipped directly from our supplier in China. This means that import duties or customs charges may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. We work with our reliable carrier Royal Mail to ensure safe and timely delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the destination, order weight, and chosen method. In many cases, we are pleased to offer free standard shipping.
Once the tracking system confirms that a parcel has been delivered, responsibility for the package lies with the customer. Please check your delivery address carefully, as any errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
